We begin the creation process by making a personalized evaluation of your needs. The previews of the project will be sent via Dm and the final sending of the original files in high definition will be done via email once everything has been approved by the client. Digital documents will be sent in png. format. and/or pdf.

PRINTING ORDER

For the printing service, once the order has been placed, you will receive a tracking number for it by email within 48 hours of placing the order. For all our printing services, the maximum delivery time is 7 days.

For payments, we accept payments made by debit card or credit card through Paypal. We also accept payment by interac email transfers to the following address:

A deposit is required for the web development service ($150) as well as the Logo Portrait service ($75) to start the project. Balance of payment is due when the project is completed and approved by the client. Once the balance is completed, we will proceed with the delivery of the project. Full payment is required for all other services in order to start the project. If you would like a receipt, we will be happy to provide you with one. Understand that our services are non-refundable however your satisfaction is guaranteed! We kindly ask for your understanding that by reserving our services, you are acknowledging and agreeing to our policies.
